In an era marked by complexity, uncertainty, and interdependence, the United Nations Sustainable DevelopmentGoals(SDGs)offeraunifiedblueprintto achieve peace, prosperity, and planetary health for currentandfuturegenerations.
Adoptedin2015by193countries,the17SDGsoutline globalpriorities,rangingfromeliminatingpovertyand hungertofosteringqualityeducation,genderequality, climateaction,andglobalpartnershipsforsustainable development.

Major Projects in Ecological Restoration and Environmental Governance
Intermsofenvironmentalgovernance,China'slarge-scaleecologicalrestorationprojects have achieved impressive results The Kubuqi Desert governance stands out as an internationally recognized model of ecological restoration. According to the United NationsEnvironmentProgramme's2019report,theKubuqiDesertgovernanceproject transformed approximately 6,000 square kilometers of desert into oasis over thirty years,creatinga"Chinesemiracle"inecologicalrestoration
Meanwhile,theThree-NorthShelterForestProgram,launchedin1978,haspreserved over30millionhectaresofforests.AccordingtodatafromtheNationalForestryand GrasslandAdministrationin2022,thisproject,knownasthe"GreenGreatWall,"has effectively curbed desertification expansion in northern regions. Againsttheglobalbackgroundofaddressingclimatechange,Chinahasmadesignificant progressinthefieldofcleanenergy.AccordingtotheInternationalRenewableEnergy Agency's 2024 data, China has become the world's largest renewable energy market, withitsrenewableenergycapacityaccountingformorethanone-thirdoftheglobaltotal asof2023,highlightingChina'skeyroleintheglobalenergytransition.
Particularlyinphotovoltaicpowergeneration,Chinaisnotonlythelargestproducerbut alsoaleaderinapplicationinnovation.QinghaiProvincesetarecordin2022withnine consecutivedaysof100%cleanenergypowersupply;thewindandphotovoltaicpower bases in Hami, Xinjiang, rank among the largest in the country. Theintroductionoftheconceptthat"lucidwatersandlushmountainsareinvaluable assets" marks a profound shift in China's understanding of the relationship between development and environmental protection Yucun Village in Anji, Zhejiang Province, where this concept originated, achieved a win-win situation for economy and environmentbyclosingminesanddevelopingecologicaltourism Accordingtodatafrom theZhejiangProvincialDepartmentofEcologyandEnvironmentin2021,thevillage's collectiveincomeincreasedfrom910,000yuanin2005toover38millionyuanin2020, confirming that ecological protection and economic development can be mutually beneficial

The combination of digital technology and sustainable development is creating more possibilities The"CarbonFootprint"appallowsuserstotrackthecarbonemissionsof their daily behaviors, such as travel, electricity use, and consumption, and provides emission reduction suggestions According to official data, the application has over 2 millionusersandhasachievedacumulativecarbonreductionof150,000tons,
reflectingthepositiveroleoftechnologicalinnovationinpromotinglow-carbonbehavior. Blockchain technology is also being applied to renewable energy trading platforms, allowingdistributedenergyproducerstosellgreenelectricitydirectlytoconsumers.Ina pilot project in Zhejiang Province, over 100 rooftop photovoltaic power generators achievedelectricitysurplustradingthroughtheplatform,improvingrenewableenergy utilizationefficiencyandprovidingapracticalcaseforthedevelopmentoftheenergy internet.

As a senior PADI diver, I have had the privilege of witnessing the magnificence and fragility of the oceanworld.Today,Iwouldliketosharewithyou the inspiration I gained from my diving experience andChina'srealpracticeinmarineprotection.
WheneverIdiveunderwater,Iamalwaysshockedby the scene in front of me: colorful coral reefs, gracefullyswimmingfish,andtheincomparableblue tranquility.However,thisbeautifulpictureisquietly changing. Corals entangled with plastic waste, bleachedreefs,andreducedmarinelife...Theseare allsilentwarningstous.
Withalongcoastlineandrichmarineresources,Chinahasmadesubstantialprogressin marineprotectioninrecentyears.SanyaCoralReefNationalNatureReserveisindeedan importantcoralreefreserveinChina.Itsestablishmentprotectsthepreciouscoralreef ecosystem around Hainan Island The "Blue Bay Renovation Action" implemented in QingdaoisarealprojectpromotedbytheStateOceanicAdministrationtoimprovethe ecologicalenvironmentofthebay.
Atthegrassrootslevel,environmentalprotectionorganizationssuchas"BlueWatchers" composedofcollegestudentsandvolunteershavecarriedoutbeachcleanupactivitiesin coastalcitiessuchasXiamenandDalian.AccordingtostatisticsfromtheChinaMarine LitterMonitoringNetwork,morethan100,000volunteersparticipatedinbeachcleanup operationsacrossthecountryin2022alone.

Global water resource management faces unprecedented challenges According to whatIhavelearned,China'spercapitawaterresourcesareonly28%oftheworld average,makingitoneofthe13mostwater-poorcountriesintheworld.Withthe acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, water demand continues to increase, while available water resources are decreasing. From the perspective of hydrogeology, my country's serious over-exploitation of groundwater has led to a continuous decline in groundwater levels in areas such as the North China Plain, formingalargeareaof"funnelareas"andcausinggeologicaldisasterssuchasground subsidence
Climatechangehasfurtherexacerbatedthisdilemma.Inthestudyontheimpactof climatechangeonregionalhydrologicalcyclesinwhichIparticipated,datashowed thatthefrequencyofextremeclimateeventshasincreasedsignificantly,resultingin more uneven temporal and spatial distribution of water resources. Intermsofprofessionalresearch,Iwasfortunatetoparticipateintheoptimization researchoftherainwaterandsewagediversionsystemhostedbymytutor.Rainwater andsewagediversionreferstoadrainagesystemthatcollects,transportsandtreats rainwaterandsewageseparately.Thistechnologyisofgreatsignificanceinmodern urbanwaterresourcemanagement Throughresearchonthesubject,Ifoundthatthe traditionalrainwaterandsewagecombinedsystemispronetourbanwaterlogging andsewageoverflowduringheavyrains.Afterimplementingrainwaterandsewage diversion,itcannotonlyeffectivelyreducetheloadofsewagetreatmentplants,but alsousethecollectedrainwaterforurbangreening,roadcleaning,etc.,toachievethe recyclingofwaterresources
From the perspective of hydrogeology, rainwater and sewage diversion can also reduce the pollution of groundwater by surface runoff and maintain the health of urban water circulation. 全球⽔资源管理⾯临前所未有的挑战。据我所学，中国⼈均⽔资源占有量仅为世界 平均⽔平的28%，是全球13个最贫⽔国家之 。随着⼯业化和城镇化进程加速，⽔
需求量持续增加，⽽可⽤⽔资源却⽇益减少。从⽔⽂地质学⻆度看，我国地下⽔超
采严重，已导致华北平原等地区地下⽔位持续下降，形成了⼤⾯积的"漏⽃区" ，引
发地⾯沉降等地质灾害。 ⽓候变化进 步加剧了这 困境。在我参与的⽓候变化对区域⽔⽂循环影响的研究 中，数据显⽰极端⽓候事件频率明显增
区洪涝灾害频发，⽽北⽅则常年⼲
污染问题同样不容忽视。通过⽔质监测实习，我发现⼯业废⽔、农业⾯源污染以 及⽣活污⽔已使我国超过60%的地下⽔⽔质受到不同程度污染。特别是 些⼯业区
周边，地下⽔中重⾦属含量超标现象严重，直接威胁居⺠饮⽔安全。
⾯对这些挑战，作为新时代中国⻘年，我们正在积极⾏动。在我所在的⼤学，我们 组建了"⽔⽂地质调研团" ，深⼊农村地区开展⽔资源调查，为当地政府提供科学的
⽔资源管理建议。我和团队成员设计了简易的⾬⽔收集系统，帮助⼲旱地区村⺠收
集⾬⽔⽤于灌溉，减轻⽤⽔压⼒。
全国各⾼校的⻘年学⼦也在⽔资源保护⽅⾯贡献着⾃⼰的⼒量。 "绿⾊⼤学"联盟发
起的"节⽔护⽔"⾏动已在100多所⾼校推⼴，通过技术创新和公众教育，提⾼校园⽔
资源利⽤效率。中国⻘年环保组织联合发起的"护河⾏动" ，组织⼤学⽣定期监测城
市河流⽔质，并通过社交媒体向公众发布⽔质信息，增强公众⽔环境保护意识。 在专业研究⽅⾯，我有幸参与了导师主持的⾬污分流系统优化研究。⾬污分流是指 将⾬⽔和污⽔分别收集、输送和处理的排⽔体系
然⽔体。 作为未来⽔资源管理的专业⼈才，我们⻘年 代正致⼒于解决这些问题。在"全国⼤
