T2 The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
Dublin Airport’s Important Flyer Programme
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a globally recognised symbol that discreetly indicates a passenger has a hidden disability.
Passengers with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) may find the airport environment overwhelming, especially during security screening. To support these passengers, Dublin Airport offers the Important Flyer Lanyard or Wristband.
Dublin Airport joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower network in 2024. All staff are trained to recognise the Sunflower symbol and provide support to passengers who wear it, offering extra help, greater understanding, or simply more time when needed. Apply for Sunflower Lanyard

Dublin Airport is one of the few airports outside North America that offers a U.S. Preclearance facility. Where is USA PreClearance in T2?
USCBP is located on the lower floor on Pier 4. Follow signs for gates 401-406. Before you can arrive at your boarding gate, you will need to pass through US Preclearance.
