Modifications or Alterations Request
Required Documents:
• Occupational Therapy (OT) report.
• Formal quotes and professional reports from qualified trades.
Parking Guidelines
• Visitor Parking: Reserved for visitors, such as support workers and families.
• Tenant Parking: Tenants are permitted to park only in their designated garage.
Noise Standards
Monday to Saturday:
• 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM: Maximum noise level of 45 dB(A)
• 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM: Maximum noise level of 35 dB(A)
Sunday and Public Holidays:
• 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM: Maximum noise level of 45 dB(A)
• All other hours: Maximum noise level of 35 dB(A)

If a client feels unsafe due to the actions of other clients, they should immediately contact the police.
Once a report has been made, please provide your CSS with the police reference number or submit a Neighbourhood Impact Statement to ensure appropriate follow-up and support.
