Parking Guidelines Noise Standards
Our secure underground parking facility is exclusively available to individuals who have paid the parking fee. This ensures a safe and convenient parking experience for all users. The facility is monitored 24/7 with state-ofthe-art security systems, providing peace of mind for your vehicle.

• 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM: Maximum noise level of 35 dB(A)

Safety Concerns
If a client feels unsafe due to the actions of other clients, they should immediately contact the police.
Once a report has been made, please provide your CSS with the police reference number or submit a Neighbourhood Impact Statement to ensure appropriate follow-up and support.
Reminder: Smoke Alarms are required by law to be tested every year. We have arranged for the Smoke Alarms Australia to conduct these tests. Letters have been sent, so please provide access. If you are required to change the appointment. Please contact Smoke Alarms Australia on 1300 125 276
