My name is Dallas, and I am excited to introduce myself as your new Maintenance Officer. I will be responsible for ensuring that all property maintenance needs are met efficiently and effectively. Whether it's a minor repair or a major issue, please don't hesitate to reach out to me anytime.

Pets

Pets are only allowed at Ainslie Village under specific conditions. They must be kept on a leash at all times and have received written approval from Argyle Housing management. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all residents and maintains a harmonious living environment. If you wish to bring a pet, please contact Argyle Housing management to obtain the necessary permissions and guidelines.

Bikes/Skateboards & Scooters

Bikes/Skateboards and Scooters are not to be ridden on Ainslie Village footpaths or in areas directed not to ride them.

Staff Car Parking

Please do not park your vehicle in the staff parking spaces during the hours of 7:30am and 7:30pm. Thank you for your cooperation.

Mail Collection

Friendly reminder to frequently come to reception to collect mail. We don’t want to see you miss important information, notices or contact from family.

Please reduce your speed to 10km when driving in the village.

Onsite outreach services:

• Blue Door: Monday –Friday (9.00am-1.30pm)

• Orange Sky Laundry: Tuesday & Friday (9.30am-11.30am)

• Directions ACT Clinic Outreach: Thursday (9.00am-4.00pm)

• AOD Counsellor: Thursday (10.00am-2.00pm)

• CAHMA BBQ: Thursday fortnightly (11.30am-1.30pm)

• Psychiatrist Dr Wyeth: Thursday fortnightly (10.00am-4.00pm)

Reminder: Smoke Alarms are required by law to be tested every year to ensure smoke alarms are always working. Please do not tamper with smoke detector/alarm. Please report any issues immediately to reception.
