The Fashionistar Magazine is born out of the desire to create a platform for young and fashion-conscious individuals to access the recent fashion tips, trends and accessories of world class fashion. It is a platform in Africa and the world at big to support and encourage fashion entrepreneurs (small and medium-sized enterprises). Being the maiden edition, we featured Ire Clothings. Ire Clothings is the clothing line of the award winning filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan which started sometimes around August 2018 as Kunleskembe with an introduction of Kembe into the fashion industry. The Yorubas call it Kembe igbalode that is, Kembe as a modernized traditional pant.
