Our previous forecasts in 2020 were met with unprecedented uncertainties and, like most organizations in the world, we were forced to scale down operations and re-strategize on virtual work.
There has been a move from offline media to online media, as digital media have seen a spike in consumption than ever before. More than ever, people spend more time online. The COVID-19 circumstances have led to a shift in the situational context – where changes or novel behaviors have arisen – telepresence has become the norm where dialog at the workplace is performed remotely, and teams work and collaborate from home.
