® To: County Women’s Committee Chairwomen In this letter, you will see instructions to enter your quarterly reports via internet. Entering your report quarterly gives you the opportunity to tell about your committee’s activities. These reports will be used for several purposes: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Your reported activities will be a major part of the women’s quarterly newsletter. The more you tell us, the better the newsletter will be. It will help keep our state office staff more informed and better able to share your ideas with other Women’s Committees around the state. By letting us know about your future activities, we can help provide any assistance you may need in planning work and carrying out your activities. It will be used to determine the winners of the women’s quarterly and annual awards. This report is also used to score your Gold Star awards. These are entered by the state office.
To submit the report for your county, please follow these instructions: From your computer, go to our website www.arfb.com. From the website homepage, click on Get Involved. This is located on the orange tool bar at the top of the page. Once you click here, there will be a drop down box, click on women’s committee. Once this is done another box appears, click on quarterly activity reports. At the bottom of this page it will say quarterly reports submission. Click here. The user id is: wc and the password is: committee. Click on the appropriate quarter and begin to fill out the report. Be sure to select a county and type in your name. When completed, print a copy of the report and hit submit. Call your county office representative to look over the report through their gold star system. They will need to change the status to pending acceptance. This will complete your quarter. Any accompanying photos will need to be e-mailed to autumn.wood@arfb.com. In recognition of the contributions the Women’s Committees make to the overall Farm Bureau program, there will be recognition of the county Women’s Committee that conducts the most outstanding activity in each category during each quarter. In addition, there will be an annual award presented in each category for the outstanding county women’s program in the state. HW/aw
