In Farm Bureau Carroll appointed to USGC Arkansas Farm Bureau state board member Jon Carroll of Moro has been appointed to the U.S. Grains Council by Arkansas Farm Bureau President Randy Veach. He will serve as ArFB’s voting delegate on the council. Carroll succeeds Jeff Carroll Rutledge of Newport, who served on the U.S. Grains Council for one year.
