The first-time cheekpieces didn’t do much for CITY OF LIFE at Wolverhampton last time, but he’s now equipped with more severe headgear and he could be worth another chance. Indeed, he showed promise over this trip on his handicap debut atYarmouth in June and is now 5lb lower in the weights.Tiberio Force has more to recommend him than most in terms of recent form and he is feared most Oscar Doodle is also worth a second look, while Balqaa and Mr Coco Bean are each-way candidates. WANNABE BETSY’s latest effort at Lingfield was simply too bad to be true and, assuming that it was simply a case of a ‘bad day at the office’, she could be the answer to a handicap in which few make much appeal judged on recent exploits. David Menuisier’s charge was successful at that course on her penultimate start, form which has worked out pretty well (second and third have both win since), and she has low mileage for a 5-y-o.
