Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai the UAE’s leading distributor of horse feeds and supplements proudly sponsors the Owners & Trainers facilities at Bath Racecourse
Welcome to Bath Racecourse, and a very warm welcome to you all. Whatever the reason you are joining us today, I hope you have a wonderful afternoon with us and enjoy an exciting day of racing. A huge thank you to all of our connections, owners, trainers, partners and sponsors for their continued support. We are grateful to have you with us and to everyone who helps make days like today possible. We have a fantastic racecard ahead, with nine races throughout the afternoon, including the Class 1 EBF Beckford Stakes at 3.15pm which carries prize money of £70,000. We are also delighted to unveil the new Beckford Stakes trophy, which has been specially commissioned this year, a wonderful addition to what promises to be a very exciting race. Looking ahead, we have just two meetings remaining in our 2026 season which are on 19th and 29th October, so please do join us if you are able. We would love to see you back at the racecourse before the season comes to a close. And, of course, there is plenty happening beyond racing. We are really looking forward to our famous firework night on Friday 6th November, when we will be lighting up the sky for what promises to be a spectacular evening. Hospitality is still available, so if you are looking for something special to do with friends and family, we would love to welcome you along to enjoy the show. After that, we turn our attention to Christmas, with our Monte Carlo style Christmas parties. If you are looking for somewhere to celebrate with a group this festive season, do take a look at what we have to offer. For now, though, I hope you have a fantastic afternoon, enjoy the racing, and make the most of your time with us. Enjoy the day! Hannah Chree Executive Director 3

Please remember in the event of an emergency, to take your belongings with you and, under the direction of Bath Racecourse representatives, proceed quickly and quietly to the agreed area. HORSE AND JOCKEY WELFARE AT BATH Nothing matters more to us when racing than the safety and welfare of both horse and rider. Central to that is the track itself and our groundstaff do everything in their power to provide an optimum racing
surface. On duty today we also have a dedicated and experienced team of highly-qualified Vets, Doctors and Paramedics following the action at every stage. Their key responsibility is to monitor and provide care to the competitors throughout their time at the racecourse. The locations and vehicle movements of these skilled specialists during racing are designed to provide a rapid response to any incident across the site. We also have a high-specification horse ambulance in attendance at every fixture to enable safe transport of a horse from the track to our on-site veterinary treatment facility for further treatment, or to the nearest equine referral hospital. It is our standard practice to erect screens around any horse or jockey requiring attention on the course as this provides privacy and a safe, calm environment in which to accurately diagnose and treat the patient as necessary. Please do not assume the worst if screens are erected around a horse. We are fully committed to minimizing risk in our sport, to dealing professionally and efficiently with any injury, and to maintaining the highest possible quality of care for the horses and jockeys racing here today. To find out more about our Equine Welfare policy, please visit our website www.bath-racecourse.co.uk. Star Ratings Explained Each horse has been given a star rating, these are defined below: HHHHH Selected to win the race.
HHIII Unlikely to win but not totally without hope.
HHHHI Good chance of being placed. HHHII By no means out of the reckoning but at least one or two hold stronger claims
HIIII Can be given little or no chance.
OFFICIAL BHA RATINGS EXPLAINED The BHA Handicappers allot ratings to horses once they have taken part in a sufficient number of races to enable the Handicappers to make a numerical assessment of each horse’s ability. The principal purpose of the ratings is to determine the weight to be carried by each runner in handicap races, with the Handicappers aiming to provide each participant with an equal chance based on its best recent form under its optimum conditions. A horse rated 100, for example, would be set to carry 1lb more than a horse rated 99 (ignoring any penalties or allowances). The ratings published in the racecard for handicap races are the ratings that were used to calculate the weight to be carried by each horse, whilst in non-handicaps races the rating shown is that of each runner at the time that the entries for the race were confirmed. Any subsequently published change to a rating, either up or down, is shown in brackets following the rating.
You must be 18 or over to place a bet You may be asked to provide proof of your age when placing a bet If you cannot produce this your bet will not be accepted

TFRHHIII BHA66
B g Camelot - Kikonga Taryn Langley (5) Mr Darren Langley David Simcock, Newmarket Kikonga Syndicate TIMEFORM VIEW Dual winner last summer and has held his form in defeat this season, though it was a shade underwhelming he could only beat one home despite being last to come off the bridle when fourth of 5 in handicap at Ffos Las (1 1/2m, good to soft, 6/1) 41 days ago. TFRHHHII BHA65 B f Calyx - Ilioushka (IRE) Taylor Fisher Duckhaven Stud Joe Tickle, Tiverton Grenane House Stud Fire Defence Servicing TIMEFORM VIEW Made the frame on first 2 starts for Jessica Harrington in May. THANK YOU The Bath Racecourse Management Team would like to thank all racegoers for attending today and ask for your patience and co-operation on leaving due to the high level of race traffic heading out of the racecourse. Thank you.
Nothing matters more to us when racing than the safety and welfare of both horse and rider. Central to that is the track itself and our groundstaff do everything in their power to provide an optimum racing surface. RACE SUMMARY The final race of the Arabian Racing season in the UK. Zizania Du Mazet is the only one of these to have won this season and if she repeats her Wolverhampton run she will be very hard to beat. Shakura Sky Zayin looks sure to improve again whilst Sassy and Aloof have to ability to win a race like this. A chance though is taken on the maiden PHARITZ LAHIA who if ridden positively should run better than she did here last week.
