OPTION 1 – STRUCTURE

1.1 WOODEN STRUCTURE are made with Flanders Pine wood with class 4 autoclave treatment. The wooden bars are attached to each other with wood screws. While the other options are easy to disassemble, this is recommended to be a fixed structure.

1.2 METALLIC STRUCTURE are very light and at the same time very resistant structures that give the possibility of building large spaces with very short construction times. They are made with Galvanized iron S275 IR elasticity 275 MPA. They are characterized by their speed and ease in terms of transport and assembly. At the same time, they are completely removable structures and with a reduced space for storage.

1.3 HUB STRUCTURE combines wood and a metal connector assembled to the wood itself in its prop. At the same time, this type of structure is completely removable, allowing the structure to be stored in small spaces.

Obtaining organic and waterproof spaces that are characterized by the speed of assembly and by being completely removable, which means that it can be a seasonal construction and that it can be installed anywhere with minimal impact on the environment.

All the covers are supplied with and external slap and eyelets to fix the cover to the structure.

OPTION 2 – COVER MATERIAL

2.1 FLEXIBLE FABRIC: Polyester fabric with PVC and PU coating. Of 443 gr/m2. Fire retardant type M2, anti-UVI treatment and antibacterial treatment. Weldable with high frequency. Color available: beige

2.2 PVC: Polyester fabric with PVC coating, lacquered on both sides. Of 580 gr/m2. Type M2 fire retardant, anti-UVI treatment and antibacterial treatment. Weldable with high frequency. A lot of color options.

2.3 TRANSPARENT: 0,5mm thick transparent fabric. 610 gr / m2. Fire resistance type M2. UV treatment. Weldable with high frequency.

2.4 TRANSLUCENT - GREENHOUSE: PVC fabric lacquer both sides with very high level of natural light (48%). Weldable with high frequency and flame retardancy M2.

In order to provide positive air movement through the greenhouse under all weather conditions, we recommend to put a blower at the top of the geodesic dome as you can see in the photograph below.

2.5 OPAQUE: Polyester fabric with PVC coating, matt lacquered on both sides. 650 gr/m2. With opacite foil. Type M2 flame retardant, anti-UVI treatment and antibacterial treatment. Weldable with high frequency. Different colors available.

We can decorate your cover with logos, using digital printing on the cover or removable banners with Velcro.

OPTION 3 – ENTRANCE

3.1 VERTICAL ZIP: The cheapest way to create an entrance is to put a vertical zip around 2m high, hidden and protected with an external slap.

3.2 REMOVABLE ENTRANCE WITH ZIP: Zipper doors are cut into a round, hexagonal or ellipsoidal shape. The zip is hidden and protected with an external slap.

3.3 ROLL-UP ENTRANCE: 2 vertical zips and some clips.

3.4 RIGID FRAME: The most expensive and elegant way to create an entrance. The aluminium door can be finished in white or emulating wood.

OPTION 4 – WINDOWS

4.1 WITH VELCRO AND ZIP: The Velcro and the zip can be opened from the inside of the geodesic dome for more comfort.

4.2 ROLL-UP WINDOWS: With Velcro and 2 clips.

4.3 RIGID FRAME: The most expensive and elegant way to create a windows. The aluminum windows can be finished in white or emulating wood.
