Kids, don’t forget to pick up your Children’s Bulletins out in the lobby.

Quiet Bags are available for children ages 3-10 to use during the worship service. Please inquire in the church lobby, and return the bags after use. Please do not take these bags home with you.

If you get cold in the sanctuary and would like to borrow a blanket, you can find one in the coat closet in the church lobby Please return the used blankets to the laundry basket in the coat closet after the service.

We have good food and warm fellowship following the Worship Service today at the Zinke River located at 1216 Brookside Camp Rd, Hendersonville. Please join us, we would love to get to know you better!

*Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult when using the restroom located in the barn, and that no one should be wandering around the barn feeding or approaching the horses. These horses don’t belong to the Zinke’s, and many are on special diets and are not good with strangers. Thanks for your cooperation!

The next Bags of Love Meeting will be tomorrow, May 11, 3pm Come join us for good fellowship and to help support the children in need!

Men’s Ministry will be having a golf outing on May 12, 4pm, at Crooked Creek Golf Course in Hendersonville. Ladies may join in also. Call Dan Zinke to reserve a spot!

Homeschool Group – Arden’s homeschool group will be joining with Hendersonville Adventist Church in forming a WNC faith-based Homeschool Co-op this coming school year and would love for your family to join! We’ll meet twice a month on Tuesdays for hands-on learning, outdoor fun, creative projects, PE-style play, and growing in Jesus together. Scheduled field trips will be added throughout the year for added fun. To get things rolling, we’re hosting a meet-up at Fletcher Academy Pavilion on Thursday, May 15, 10 am to connect, plan, and let the kids play Interested? General Fellowship lunch will be held in our Community Life Center next Sabbath, May 17 Please bring your favorite potluck item to share. Families of two or more, please bring at least two items.

The Great Controversy Outreach Project is back! Join us next Sabbath, May 17, for a training session at 1:30pm in the Seminar Room, followed by book distribution at 2pm. Come ready to serve with comfortable shoes, a backpack, a bottle of water, and a heart eager to share the Three Angels' Messages!

The Sturgis family invites any church members wishing to share a Mexican meal (haystacks and quesadillas) on Monday, May 26, 12 pm to join them at their camp meeting house. Bring a side chair to sit in. For more info and to RSVP, contact Pen.

This summer (May 25-August 2), the Arden Church will be participating in the Summer of Ministry program with the School of Religion at SAU. Glenn Melnichenko, a Junior Theology Major, will be working with Pastors Eric & Rich for 10 weeks in this mentoring program. If you have a private room with a bath and can provide access for Glenn to use a kitchen to prepare his own meals, please let the office know right away

June 6-7 Mental Health Weekend - Dr Magna Porterfield, a licensed psychologist with a Ph. D specializing in mental health (particularly depression, anxiety, and stress management), will be speaking on true happiness, growth through trials, and caring for the mind.
