One of the primary functions of this house is the malleability built into the plan. In the detailed plan shown previously, the smaller bedrooms to the East have been removed. This is because the house is meant to support a family through its various stages of life. When kids grow up and eventually move on, the spaces they used to occupy can be used for new purposes.

Additionally, the plan features two master bedrooms for the moment when occupants change. Maybe a new family will call this space home, maybe roommates will. The flexibility that the house affords allows a variety of options for the occupants.
