Energy Analysis and LEED Summary – Tower 1 – Energy consumption – 35.9% improvement (based on ASHRAE 90.1-2007) – Water savings – 33.0% improvement (based on EPACT) – LEED Target GOLD – Currently have Chinese local LEED consultant tracking project progress
