Location Discover Architecture is held on the OSU Stillwater campus. Discover Architecture is a “residential workshop” - meaning students live in dormitory facilities and participate in academic activities in OSU campus facilities over the course of the five day workshop.

Date The upcoming summer workshop will be held in person, June 20-24, 2023.

The Academic Program Students arrive Tuesday afternoon for a workshop introductory activity, followed by three days of academic assignments aimed at examining the design processes for architecture and architectural engineering projects. A construction site field trip to tour a campus project and dinner with practicing architects and engineers offer a unique glimpse into the profession. Participants will attend workshop activities from 9am - 8pm Wednesday-Friday. On Saturday morning, participants will present their work to family and friends and depart campus by lunchtime.

The workshop will be held in the Donald W. Reynolds School of Architecture Building, on the OSU Stillwater Campus.

Eligibility Students who are at least 15 years old are eligible to attend. There are 24 seats available; register as soon as possible!

Participation Fee There is a $295 fee for participants to attend the workshop. All project supplies and equipment, instruction by OSU faculty, meals, and double occupancy dorm accommodations during the workshop are included in this fee. The workshop is sponsored by OSU and several architecture firms from OKC, Tulsa, and Dallas, which allows the program to be offered at such a low cost to participants.
