Culture posses an important role in our Indian lifestyle. It portrays an interesting organization as it influences all spaces apart from introducing and forming third places. However, the current generation’s understanding of cultural spaces is limited to a few components of it that is dance, music and art only as they associate the phenomenon as being orthodox without understanding the potential of cultural spaces as catalyst in improving a city’s living standards. Rudimentary fact that culture in itself is dynamic and it evolves with generation is understood only in some parts of our country and that is one of the reasons why the manifestation of the same varies from location to location. A well designed public center shapes the public’s experiences and portrays the culture of the community at a large level.
