Exisiting Shan Yoe Ma Department Store is old, damaged and not in operational state. After surveying the city’s economy, lifestyle and market demand , we decide to plan a modern market place to introduce rather than preservation or refurhishment. Planning a supermarket and shophouses on 3.3 acres site in the heart of Tachileik city, integrated with various commmercial and recreation facilities, such as movie theatre, spa and children playground.

Although being a great and only 9-holes golf course in local,the tachileik golf course still need some amenities and facilities. After surveying and feasibility study, we plan to renovate clubhouse, adding carparkings, planning new irrigation system and banglows. Some improvement in landscape and drainage system, to enhance the atmosphere of the golf course. We also plan for new service & maintenance facility and golf cart garage.

A modern space enrich with chinese ar chitectural style has planned and designed to a new entertainment district of Tachileik. The outdoor seating area and the pond serve as transitional space from car parking to interior of the restaurant.

Finished Year 2022 Area 1102 sq-ft Client Private The building is designed pragmatically for cost efficient and rustic look.The Amyee Pub is a combination of various natural materials, such as gravel, hemp robe, thatch and raw wood. A wooden bridge connecting or forceshadowing to the rustic style building in crowded city. The thatch ceiling over the music band area is different from other overhead componets and serve as a focal point.

Proposal Year 2022 Area 2982 sq-ft Client Private The building is located on the bank of Mae Sai creek, the border line of Myanmar and Thiland. The entrance can be visible from road, and a stone printed featured wall as a background. To optimize the view, we plan the dining space at level 2 , whilst the glass curtain wall of the Level 2 of the building showcasing the dining space and fancy stair. We focus to get the pleasent view of Mei Sai creek and city, the rooftop bar’s seating area have planned along the building boundary. The entrance can be visible from road, and a stone printed featured wall as a background.

The site is located at the corner of the block and we carefully approch the built form not only asthetically pleasing but aslo the performance of the building. From the ouutside, the house has 3 exposed parts, the white block trimmed to expose wooden components and additive dark grey concrete featured wall. The large living room extends to bar and dining space and visually well-connect ed with outdoor pool, that making the common spaces of the house well organ ised and good spatial relation.The house included 4 bedrooms and a penthouse focusing to get the ambiance of minimalist style.

We designed a step building massing with terrain to minimize grading and tucked into hillside, that make the lower lev el of the house is hidden from the front street. The master bedroom, garage and shrine located in upper level of the house and common spaces and guest room in lower level,
we design a 6 bedrooms house for a family, who are a couple with three kids and parents. There is a car porch beside of the entrance and a white around the entrance mark it more obvious at first glance. At the first floor, a wide verandah served as an outdoor space for the family.

A two and half storeys house with five bedrooms, is located in suburban of tachileik. Two clear compositional block can be seen at first glance, the white tower and a grey block. Inside of the house, we placed the bedrooms, family room and shrine in the tower and masterbed, living and kitchen inside the grey block.

The client asked to get interior and facade design of a block in the Queen Hotel (Tachileik). We planned a office for CEO and two assistants, the masterbed room and a spacious en suite. The design is authorized with clear glass, luxury funitures and a lavish amount of teak, expressing grand and elegant.
