The Garda Sporting Hotel complies with Italian green construction criteria and is entirely made from solid wood from certified forests. It combines the most advanced energy-saving and soundproofing techniques and its aesthetics are perfectly in line with the location’s natural environment.

Legno

L’Hotel ha un fascino particolare, in sospeso tra la natura del Lago e quella della montagna. Le sue linee morbide sono delineate dal legno autoctono. Il 50% del legno utilizzato è certificato FSC, controllato durante tutto il ciclo nascita – coltivazione – taglio della singola pianta.

Holz

Das Hotel fasziniert durch seine einmalige Lage zwischen dem Gardasee und dem Gebirge.

Seine weichen Linien sind dem Werkstoff Holz angepasst. Die Hälfte des verwendeten Holzes ist zertifiziert und unterliegt während des gesamten Produktionszyklus strengen Kontrollen, von der Baum-

schule über das Wachstum bis hin zum Fällen jedes einzelnen Baumes.

Wood

The Hotel has its own special appeal, balanced between the nature of the lake and that of the mountains. Its soft lines are shaped by wood. 50% of the wood used is certified,

with controls throughout the germination-cultivation-felling cycle of every plant.

Risparmio energetico

La struttura risponde sia ai requisiti di basso consumo energetico sia a quelli della bioedilizia, rientrando in classe energetica in CasaClima A più, in riferimento al protocollo della Provincia di Bolzano. Questi i requisiti principali di una CasaClima A più: - consumo energetico per il riscaldamento di 27 kWh/m2 per anno (=casa passiva); - fonti energetiche di origine naturale: sdruccioli di legno, sole e in piccola parte metano; - utilizzo di pannelli in fibra di legno come isolanti naturali. I pannelli sono stati assemblati senza collanti;

- pavimenti in legno di larice, moquettes di canapa e lastre di graniglia (cemento e marmo), porte in abete o in rovere; - nessun utilizzo in ambienti chiusi di impregnanti chimici per il legno, di colori e vernici contenenti solventi; - utilizzo di pitture esterne silossaniche; - utilizzo di legno certificato FSC autoctono.

Energy saving

The building meets the Italian requisites for both low energy consumption and green construction, and is aiming to attain the Italian energy class CasaClima A più. These are the main requirements for a CasaClima A più building: - 27 kWh/m² energy consumption for heating per year (making it a “passive house”).

- Natural-origin energy sources: woodchips, the

sun and small amounts of methane.

- The use of panels in wood fibre as natural insulation. The panels must be assembled without the use of glue.

- Larch wood floors, hemp carpets, cement and marble grit tiles, doors in pine or oak.

- No use in closed areas of chemical wood stains or paints and varnishes containing solvents.

- Use of siloxane products for external paintwork.

- Use of certified wood.

Le nostre tariffe si intendono per persona, al giorno, in camera doppia con ricco buffet di prima colazione ed IVA del 10% inclusa nel prezzo.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno con maxi doccia o vasca con doccia, TV-SAT LCD, accesso Internet gratuito, cassetta di sicurezza, minibar, aria condizionata e riscaldamento a diffusione “dolce” a parete, pavimento in legno e ampio balcone.

Riduzioni (Periodo A)

Fino a 6 anni non compiuti GRATIS. Da 6 ai 12 anni non compiuti Euro 20 al giorno Euro 25 in mezza pensione.

Condizioni generali

Al momento della prenotazione è richiesto un numero di carta di credito quale garanzia dell’avvenuta prenotazione o un bonifico bancario da versare nei cinque giorni successivi alla prenotazione.

In caso di tardiva cancellazione del soggiorno o di mancato arrivo (no show) verranno applicate le seguenti penalità:

- Fino a 20 giorni prima dell’arrivo nessuna penale - Da 19 a 10 giorni prima dell’arrivo 20% del soggiorno - Da 9 a 5 giorni prima dell’arrivo 30% del soggiorno - Da 4 a un 1 giorno prima dell’arrivo 50% del soggiorno In caso di mancato arrivo o partenza anticipata verrà addebitato l’intero importo del soggiorno esclusa la mezza pensione. In ogni caso le caparre versate in caso di cancellazione verranno trattenute e utilizzate per un soggiorno successivo.

Le camere sono a disposizione dalle ore 14.00 e devono essere liberate entro le ore 10.00.

Animali non ammessi e divieto di fumo

Nell’Hotel gli animali non sono ammessi e in tutte le stanze è divieto assoluto di fumare.

Il Lago è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi oppure con le bike messe a disposizione dall’Hotel attraverso una comoda pista ciclabile con partenza direttamente dalla struttura.

IN AUTOMOBILE Dall’autostrada A22 uscita Rovereto Sud-Lago di Garda Nord, proseguite per Riva del Garda fino al paese di Nago.
