How we stand out RELP: Real Estate Limited Partnerships (BAI) A real estate limited partnership (RELP) is like a real estate investment group. It is an entity formed to buy and hold a portfolio of properties, or sometimes just one property. However, RELPs exist for a finite number of years.

REIT: Real Estate Investment Trusts A real estate investment trust (REIT) is created when a corporation (or trust) is formed to use investors’ money to purchase, operate, and sell income-producing properties. REITs are bought and sold on major exchanges, just like stocks and exchange-traded funds.

REIG: Real Estate Investment Groups Real estate investment groups (REIGs) are sort of like small mutual funds for rental properties. REIGs may also earn income from mortgage lending, or property management fees.

REMF: Real Estate Mutual Funds Real estate mutual funds invest primarily in REITs and real estate operating companies. They can provide investors with much broader asset selection than can be achieved through buying individual REITs.

Tery Fuentes is a remarkable visual artist. A degree in Plastic Arts, with a focus on painting, is the culmination of her excellent artistic Tery has presented her works in exhibitions worldwide in countries such as Spain, the USA, Argentina, and Venezuela. The specificity in her artistic creation links art with the individual, society, and culture. That way, she validates the existence of the artist as an active intellectual who, through art, reflects on our environment.

Ms. Fuentes has developed her artistic career in parallel with her vocation in the real estate business. With that goal in mind, she graduated with a master’s degree in advertising and business communication from the ESIC Marketing and Business University of Spain.

Her aesthetic concepts inspire her to link her work in the visual arts with the promotion of urban developments. Tery is aware of the nexus and similarity between the design of urban landscapes with the beauty that she has revealed through drawings, paintings, and even industrial designs of various items. These two visions lead Tery to join BAI Capital as marketing director since its foundation in 2010.
