Baseball.-Interestisstillbeing manifestedinthebaseballcompetition.AtCottesloeSubiaco(blues) accountedforCottesloeby47to4,and atLeedervilleSubiaco(reds)went undertoArranmoretothetuneof37 to1. CardandDanceEvening.-On Thursday,August31,apleasanteveningwasspentintheHibernianHall. Aftersixgamesofeuchrewereplayed adaintysupperwashandedround. Dncingwasthenindulgedintilllate intheevening.Thenextcardand danceeveningwasfixedforCottesloe onSeptember8.
