TheChristianBrothers'Collegeau-, thoritiesareinreceiptofnewsby telegramthat,oneoftheirex-pupite Mr.AngusFerguson,hassucceeded inobtaininghisB.A.degreeswith first-classhonoursinclassicsatthe AdelaideUniversity.Mr.Ferguson, it'willberemembered,obtaineda £450exhibitionhereandalsowon theHartleyScholarshipforfirst placeinbothcoloniesintheHigher Publiconlythreeyearsago.His workattheAdelaideUniversityhas itisstated,beenconsistentlyecilliant,andhislatestsuccesswasnot thereforeunexpected.
