Animportantaddresswasrecently deliveredbyMr.T.M.Kettle,M.P. recentlyonovertaxationofIrelani, undertheauspicesoftheYoungleelandBranchoftheUnitedIrishLeague.Inthecourseofhisremarks hesaiditwaswhenthey,cameto expenditurethattheybegantoreany understandthequestion.Whata HomeRuleParliamentwoulddo withinthefirstfiveorsixyears wouldbetoreduceforinstance,thebybothhavebeenfulfilledby,oneor costofthepolicesystemtosome-theotherofthe"greatEnglishparthinglikethatoftheScotchstan-ties." dard.Onemillionandahalfwas aridiculousexpenditureuponthe policeserviceofIreland.TheessentialpartoftheNationalistrise wasthattheywantedaredistributionofexpenseupontheIrishservice.
