Theplaywasproducedby JamesA.Quinnwithplentyof imaginationandenterprise.The mountingshowedmeticulousattentiontodetailwithinthelimits imposedbytheAssemblystage. Thedecor,effectsandlighting werewellhandled.
Theactingreachedagenerallyhighlevel,revealingonceagain theassiduousattentionofthe producertobalanceandsmooth integrationoftheactionofthe play.
Individually,theplayersdid notturnonanythingstartingly good,thoughallseemedtobe fluentwiththeirlinesandseveralwerequitepleasinglycompetent.Mostmemorablewere theperformancesofFrieda (MaureenO'Sullivan)andyoung TonyDawson(MasterRoger Knipers).BrinLane'squiet portrayaloftheRev.Francis Munroealsocaughttheeye.
