CONCEPT
“BROKEN GLASS IN FRANCE STREETS”
A cuboidal shaped glass block when slashed into some more cubical galsses, and all of them are dropped from unquestionable heights, the glass blocks are broken into pieces, where a single piece of glass has curves and sharp edges in it.
Further all the small pieces of glass are laydown at an equal distance from eachother, where that space acts as a walking place for people and small broken pieces acts as a block of a building.
Sharp edged glass pieces are oriented towards the wind direction, which helps the build ing to remain cross ventilated and the sharp edged pieces follows brise soleil which helps to cut the sun light.
The placement of glasses are inspired from “FRANCE STREETS”, where the walking space acts as a french street and the small glass blocks are the houses in france.

ENDEAVOUR-
To imagine radical ideas for design of biodiversity or habitat spaces for one or more species. For this, there was no defined site, it could be a site of our choice: from degraded infrastructures, or retrofits on existing buildings or newly designed structures.
