THE PROJECT OBSERVES HOW A CONCEPT SUCH AS ‘MA’, A JAPANESE CONCEPT OF ‘SPACE IN BETWEEN’, HAS LINKED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF BREAD AND BREWERY FACTORY AND HOW THIS DESIGN OVERCOMES THE ISSUE OF PRESENT FOOD WASTAGE GENERATED FROM NEARBY CAFES AND BREWERIES, AS WELL AS THE EXISTING URBAN ISSUES ACROSS THE FISH ISLAND AND THE SITE OF HACKNEY WICK, LONDON.
