RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁.

Inspired by the "Kamistisuhan Houses" Bahay na Bato of Malolos Bulacan. These are some of Bulacan's ancestral houses, imparting a historical legacy for a modern Filipino Home. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.

Oriental in Design as it embodies the Eastern Elements with Filipino Architecture as main component.

"Filipino Architecture in Spirit a Modern Take for a Filipino Home."

Modernist in Design, Making it modern by reducing the intricate details of a bahay na bato and creating linear patterns, with a modern color pallette of neutral color, creating a sense of simplicity. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲.

Parallax Louvers as its main feature, a design element that creates character and acts as sun buffer from the South-West and harnessing the Morning Sun from the East.

Embodying a contemporary home with an oriental touch, “vista oriento” features natural, textured elements, calming patterns, and serene spaces.

Inspired by the concept of a zen garden, it exudes a minimalist design incorporating natural elements to evoke a sense of tranquility and balance. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.

The vista is characterized by serene linear motifs and geometric forms, which instill a sense of tranquility as parallel lines interconnect and flow throughout the architecture. While asymmetrical in nature, the various architectural elements harmonize to form a cohesive contemporary residence with an oriental flair.

The incorporation of earth tones and natural landscapes further enhances the organic oriental design, fostering a connection to the surrounding environment and creating a welcoming atmosphere 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲.

Minimalism plays a key role, evident in the sparse use of intricate curves and a restrained color palette, contributing to the modern aesthetic of the home.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁.

Kubo means cube. Starting the evolution from a six-faced structure, creating portals to connect with the environment.

Being one with nature, as one of the main concept of a Bahay Kubo. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.

Imitating the elements of a bahay kubo but making it different, a design that would suit the rest house vibe in the tropical environment, as it reflects nature through its walls. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲.

The house is divided into two areas, one for the family the other for recreation and events, with a pool area. The center is open for a courtyard concept..

A Heritage itself is a home-y feeling, replicating an Old Heritage Design to the Modern Aesthetic creates a difference, experiencing nostalgia. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.

The rolling environment let's the structure stand out, with its neutral color palette, creating a connection with nature. The design imitates the Old to the New Heritage, creating a new legacy for the next generations.

Light-colored facade bathes the entire residence in a luminous and inviting ambiance, setting the stage for functional design.

Bevel Accent creates an iconic vista that makes the structure one of its kind. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲.

Residential haven not just with its vista but also with the flow and experience inside the house.

The interconnected spaces boast a thoughtful design, fostering a seamless flow for an unparalleled living experience.

𝐛𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐬 "A luminous residential haven in beveled accents "

𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁.

Filipino-Mediterranean. Mestizo on the exterior, but Truly Filipino inside. Reflecting the character of a foreign blood but having a Filipino Heart. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.

The Scorching Heat is a challenge in our climate, using White can reduce and deflect heat, creating contrast with mediterranean red, that creates character.

Interior is fully Filipino, with the native elements of rattan, banig, and wood textures. Living the life in a Filipino-Spanish era.

Bold. Chic. Modern. The Cafe suits the preference of outgoing adventurous coffee lovers, or can also touch the relaxing and unwinding group of users.

Defining the Northern Hills. The ups and downs and curvilinear stature of a hill creates calmness.

A translation of the brand reflected through the design. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.

The reduced angles and edges with the refreshing and optimistic color of green and warm colors of wood could be a therapeutic combination. Pets are companions, and part of the family, treatment for them should be as equal as humanity. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲.

MAUSOLEUM

𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁.

A dwelling place for the family anew.

Resembling the Simplest form of a House, creating a structure that feels like home. Reminiscing the past with the lost beloved in our homes, in our hearts. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.

Reflecting the present, Reminiscing the past. Making it a modern interpretation of a home, to a dear beloved. The linear patterns and warm color creates tranquility. Making the cross as part of the design, marking it as a dwelling place to our lost loved ones. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲.

As the surname "RAMOS" literally translates as "Branches" This Mausoleum creates a connection with nature, from its aesthetically functional interior that let's in natural light and ventilation to the Mausoleum's Monumental facade. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.

The Monumentality of the Mausoleum made it stand out among the rest as it becomes closer to the heavens with its Interior that creates a warm feeling and tranquility, as the branches are being reflected to the skylights letting in life. letting in natural light and air.

The Neutral colors made the structure modern in design together with it's linear patterns.
