INTRODUCING LARRY HURLEY, 2024 ARBOR REALTORS® PRESIDENT

Larry began his career as a REALTOR® in 1972 with the St. Petersburg Board of REALTORS® in Florida, his home state. His diverse real estate background spans several notable roles, leading him to Arlington over three decades ago. In his journey, Larry served as a Divisional President for ERA Real Estate, overseeing 18 regional directors, 610 offices, and more than 7,000 agents. He also held positions as a foreclosure trustee for the FSLIC and as a Director of Franchising for two public companies. Since 2006, Larry has managed Green Oaks Realty as the BrokerOwner. He, along with his wife and partner Jane, relishes travel and spending time with their five children and 12 grandchildren. "I've been fortunate in my Real Estate career, and now it's time to contribute to the industry by serving on the ARBOR Leadership Team."

Corey Harris | 2024 President-Elect Corey is a native of New Orleans but graduated from Lamar High School in Arlington and received his bachelors degree in philosophy from University of Texas at Arlington in 2011. Shortly before that, he got licensed as a real estate agent and received his broker license in 2023. For the last 17 years, Corey has been married to Christina. Together They have three children: Luke, Elizabeth, and Alexander. Two years ago, Corey,, with his partner, broker, and mother, opened Dream City Realty, located in downtown Arlington. They currently have 11 agents. Corey serves the ARBOR REALTORS® as the Secretary/Treasurer and as the incoming President-Elect. He also serves Texas REALTORS® as a trustee for TREPAC. Corey was also honored with ARBOR’s REALTOR® of the year award in 2022.

Lilibeth Olvera | 2024 Secretary/Treasurer Dedicated Broker Associate, Lilibeth Olvera, was born in Mexico, arrived in Arlington in 2011, and began her journey as a translator for home buyers. Transitioning to a real estate agent in 2013, she holds a Psychology degree from UT Arlington, earned in 2018 while balancing roles as a full-time mom and real estate professional. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Texas A&M UniversityCorpus Christi, she combines academic excellence with a decade of practical real estate experience. Lilibeth, a devoted mother to a 14-year-old daughter, is excited to bring her leadership to the role of secretary-treasurer in 2024.

Robyn Eastman | Immediate past-President

Robyn Eastman embarked on her real estate career in 2011. By 2020, she co-founded Twenty-Two Realty with her business partner, Lanae Humbles. As a dedicated professional, Robyn is committed to active involvement in the Association. Her leadership as President at ARBOR has notably advanced the Association's engagement with the Texas REALTORS® Diversity Recognition Program, highlighting her advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry.
