From The Founder The more things change, the more determined I am to keep things the same at Arbor. Since 1995, our focus has been creating amazing products for the pursuit of snow, skate, surf, and all the good times that happen along the way.

We’re going to keep doing that.

I believe this determination has defined the Brand, and allowed us to stand the test of time. Through it all we’ve built a reputation for exceptional quality, steadfast performance, and a timeless style rooted in our pioneering use of natural materials.

Bamboo is an incredibly fast growing plant that immediately starts to regrow after being harvested. As a result, it delivers more raw material per acre than many other sources.

Bamboo is naturally organic. It does not require pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, irrigation, GMOs, or machine-based cultivation to be commercially produced.

By switching to Bamboo, we encourage the cultivation of a crop that improves soil quality, prevents erosion, and absorbs 5x more carbon dioxide than equivalent stands of trees.

Arbor utilizes bamboo viscose that is extracted using allowable, non-organic compounds approved by the USDA for products that meet their organic standards.
