ROLE: To prepare maps using ArcGIS and analyse layers. Explore the modelling interface of Rhino to create Urban Design details. Create perspectives showing the present situation of the street and buildings. To study the Street and Buidling interface and understanding the future potential proposals.

A Two week intensive Visual Communication workshop conducted by a pretigious institution to learn softwares like ArcGIS, Rhino and Adobe Softwares. The drawings aim to understand the building heights in the Greater Toronto area hightlighting towers. Further looking into the bendale neighborhood and understanding the upcoming regions of development with respect to the building footprint. Exploring the building footprint and its respective sidewalk gives an idea about the transition from one space to another within buildings and its effectivness to the street design.

BURDUBAI : OLDEST NEIGHBORHOOD THAT GREW WITH TRADE The demographics of Burdubai consist of Indians, Pakistanis, Emiratis and other nationalities. Diverse Indian community groups are observed. It has also been observed that there is a change in population density from 2011 to 2016 drastically and a smaller percentage of the people moved out of Burdubai due to the lack of amenities and price hikes. There is a huge population that comes from different neighborhoods of Dubai and Shajrah due to the commercial market and other cultural facilities.
