Fayha Horizons Towers is a landmark mixed-use development located in the heart of Jeddah’s Al-Fayha district. The project features a sophisticated integration of three high-rise towers — each serving distinct yet complementary functions: administrative offices, luxury residential units, and a premium hotel.

These towers are unified by a dynamic two-level podium that hosts a range of retail stores, dining outlets, and community amenities, offering a vibrant urban lifestyle experience.

ayha Horizons Towers centers around the creation of a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly boulevard that weaves between the project’s three towers. This open-air spine acts as the heart of the development, promoting walkability, social interaction, and commercial activity. By activating the space between buildings with retail frontage, landscaping, and shaded seating areas, the boulevard not only enhances the urban experience but also significantly increases the Gross Leasable Area (GLA), maximizing commercial returns. This thoughtful integration of architecture and landscape transforms the project into a dynamic mixed-use destination where people can live, work, shop, and socialize in a cohesive, human-scaled environment.

Al-Shati Market, located in the city of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, holds an important place in the urban fabric of the city. The market is known for the diversity of its offerings and is considered a preferred destination for both local residents and tourists.

This renewal project aims to revitalize the market while preserving its cultural and historical essence. These transformations are also aligned with the Jeddah Vision 2030 initiatives, which focus on improving public spaces, enhancing urban life, and supporting sustainable development.

At the heart of the development lies a Main Villa, designed to serve as the private residence for the owner or as a luxurious guest house for primary visitors. Surrounding it are four carefully crafted rental units, each providing a unique and intimate experience while maintaining visual and spatial harmony with the environment.

The overall design philosophy emphasizes sustainability, simplicity, and a seamless relationship between built space and the natural surroundings—offering guests a peaceful escape rooted in comfort, community, and nature.
