Ensuring employees are taking breaks will help ensure they provide Excellent service - Include exposed natural materials to bridge the outside with the inside.

Similarly, purple was also used as a wayfinding for the refuel/coffee areas. Purple is linked with royalty and wealth, so for their headquarter office space SSG wanted a place they would feel proud of. The color purple also evokes a feeling of confidence which is beneficial when going into important meetings or consultations.

Southwest Solution’s brand color is blue, so it was important to incorporate it in the office design.

However, blue is known to be a soothing color for a workspace, so it was heavily implemented in the workareas to easily spot the diffirentiate them. It also creates a focus bubble for the employeees

FOCUS AREAS Workstations were designed to be encompassed in a focus area to lower distractions from the rest of the office. When working with an open floor plan is crucial to differentiate areas by their purpose.

Open workareas can become noisy which can lead to unproductiveness.

Feltech Acoupanels line the ceiling of the workareas to absorb sound waves and increase productivity.

Natural lighting was prioritized for the employees to raise energy levels and encourage breaks.

Workstations were position to facilitate impromptu collaboration. Employees are able to collaborate with someone simply by turning around or utilizing the ottomans for quick meetings.

A S S E M B LY RO O M Southwest Solution utiliezes their assembly room for long group meetings and training sessions. Different seating options were incorporated to encourage movement and allow for collaboration areas within the assembly room.

To maximize floor space and incorporate SSG’s own products the Wall Mounted Folding Bench Seat is a great solution for a large assembly room.

Learning stairs are beneficial to a space to raise energy levels and productivity.
