MOTOR OIL is the largest private industrial complex in Greece. It produces the whole range of oil products and is the sole producer of base oils (lubricants) in the Country. Since May 2010, following the installation of a 60,000 bbl/ day processing capacity Crude Distillation Unit (New CDU), the annual production capacity of the Refinery has been increased to 9.4 million Metric Tons (MT). Its storage capacity is 2.5 million cubic meters and it also has modern loading facilities and port installations.

MOTOR OIL is among the top refineries in Europe in terms of complexity. Its high level of complexity allows the production of high value added oil products from heavy 100% sour crude oil. The Company has consistently been successful in adjusting the product mix to the needs of the market thus achieving the best selling prices for its products outperforming the complex Mediterranean refineries in terms of refining margin.

GROUP STRUCTURE MOTOR OIL is the unique shareholder of “CORAL S.A.” (ex SHELL HELLAS S.A.) and “AVIN OIL”. The former has a network of 700 SHELL branded gas stations, being the leader in automotive gasoline, while the latter has a network of 530 gas stations, being fourth in the relative market share rankings. Through its two coherent networks, MOTOR OIL enjoys a strong presence in the retail sector of fuels and lubricants in Greece with a market share of approximately 30%. MOTOR OIL is also the unique shareholder of “CORAL GAS AEBEY” (ex SHELL GAS AEBEY) which engages in the liquefied gas sector. Furthermore, MOTOR OIL has a cumulative direct and indirect (through AVIN OIL) 92.06% stake in “OFC AVIATION FUEL SERVICES S.A.” which operates the aircraft fuel supply system and the storage facilities at the International Athens Airport. Moreover, MOTOR OIL has secured a presence in the power production sector through its direct 35% stake in “KORINTHOS POWER S.A.” the major asset of which is a 440 MW combined cycle power production plant fuelled with natural gas located within the facilities of the Agii Theodoroi Refinery. “KORINTHOS POWER S.A.” commenced its commercial activities in March 2012. Ultimately, MOTOR OIL has a 16% stake in “ATHENS AIRPORT FUEL PIPELINE COMPANY S.A.” www.moh.gr

GOLD STAR AVIATION – GULF AIR Gold Star Aviation was established in 1991 by Mrs Claire and Panagiotis Zerzivillis. The company act as General Sales Agent for foreign airlines in Greece with strong partnerships such as Gulf Air, which is represented since 1992.

ROTA S.A. ROTA SA was established in 1984 and its objective has always been the organization of shows that would be up to the European standards, as to more than adequately meet both the needs of the exhibitors and those of every specific market field.

Right from the beginning, the company has been aiming at the organization of conferences and the publication of special titles/editions.

From its establishment up to now the company has become highly experienced in its field as it has organized more than 500 leading shows and events that make it the biggest shows’ organizer of the private sector in Greece. ROTA SA organizes twenty eight (28) shows, on an annual basis. A prosperous year for Mideast Travel Worldwide The year of 2014 has been a very prosperous year for mideast Travel Worldwide and continues as such. Aside from smaller and bigger goals that the company achieved these past few months, mideast is particularly proud of three main accomplishments: In February, the company presented its new corporate image. AiQ INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO. LTD. AiQ International (www.aiq.gr) is a Greek trading company aiming to bring to the consumer of the world traditional Greek agricultural products with quality and elegance. Its 2013 New York International Olive Oil competition Gold Prize underlines that commitment.

AiQ International currently trades Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Olive’s by products and has designed two Gift option wrappers addressing medium and high end clients. Its products can be found locally to a limited number of Deli shops, with the focus being foreign markets. Internationally AiQ has already established trade partnerships to a number of countries e.g. Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, USA and Russia.
