The residential building is located near the center of the city of Yerevan, the capital of the Republic of Armenia, in the Aygedzor residential district, where 1-3-storey buildings prevail. Accordingly, the main task in the design of the building was to create a harmonious environment between the existing buildings and the conceptual solutions of the building. Based on this, the building was divided into different volumes, which gave it an appropriate scale. The building consists of 7 ground and one underground floors. The underground floor has a parking lot for 16 cars, storage rooms and a technical room for the pool.

The first floor is partly occupied by a security service and a leisure room, which opens onto the courtyard.

The courtyard is a green garden with a summer kitchen and barbecue, at the end of which there is a swimming pool with large sliding stained glass windows, which allows residents to use it all year round.

There are 11 apartments in the building. Up to the fifth floor, each floor of the building has 2 apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms, and only on the first floor there is only one apartment with 3 bedrooms. The living room and kitchen of the apartments are oriented to the street and they offer a wonderful view of the biblical Mount Ararat. Living rooms feature floor-length stained glass windows and balconies, while kitchen stained glass windows transform into French balconies. Bedrooms with their own balconies and stained glass windows open onto a landscaped courtyard. All apartments have a laundry room.

The 6th and 7th floors are occupied by two two-storey penthouses. Both penthouses have a terrace along the entire length of the living room and kitchen, which ends with a barbecue in the kitchen area.
