T&S mobile app

Who we are Loyal Group is a marketing communication agency, passionate in developing custom made solutions. Following current trends we design, develop and implement tailor made applications for businesses searching for innovative new media and mobile tools.

We are a group of professionals with multi-year hands-on experience in labor agency business, IT and communication. These unique experience enable us to deliver dynamic and up-to-date solutions responding to the needs and emotions of the users and clients.

The project includes the following Analysis A nalysis and selection of required functions A joint business analysis will allow us to work out a list of functions responding to current needs as well as a plan of development of the APP in the future.

Design D esign and development of the app (i.e. modules and CMS) A design of the APP will match your corporate identity and will follow up-to date developments of ergonomy and best market practice.

Integration In ntegration of the app with the website, job advert system, FB The APP will be linked with other internet tools, e.i. job offers will be automatically updated with T&S job offers list and with the website. It will also allow placing offers on Facebook. Job alerts informing about new offers will be displayed on smartphones of users within seconds.

Implementation Im mplementation and promotion (A promotional campaign directed to employees/candidates will be worked out and properly realized; T&S staff will be trained and assisted).

12 months hosting and further updates and developments (12 months of hosting on reliable and safe servers. The APP development will be continued and will be an on-going process).

Pre-proposed modules Basic search – job, job starting date Basic search will facilitate current job search; may contain other criteria according to requirements.

Advanced search – job, number of vacancies, application deadline, location (Advanced search will provide more search criteria for an interested employee/ candidate).

Job listing (a list of job offers showing 2 description lines for each offer displayed).

(This function will display an overview of 3-7 job offers on one screen).

Job description (job details with a direct APPLY button).

(An APPLY button will facilitate immediate and direct telephone or e-mail contact).

Job alerts (Pop-up job alerts will be displayed on candidates’ smartphones once personal preferences would be saved).

Settings (Setting will provide configuring of an app according to personal preferences).

Availability of a candidate (a candidate may inform T&S about his/her availability within next 1-2 weeks – a quick contact button for candidates will open a direct call option or an e-mail message form with pre-defined e-mail address of the recruiter – this will significantly reduce outbound calls, increase effectiveness of the recruitment process [a short list of available candidates] and reduce cost).
