Central Cleaning System (CCS)
SYSTEM OPTIONS As the leading provider of cleaning facilities for the Food Industry, we place great emphasis to find the best solutions through our broad product range and expertise. We deliver installations for cleaning in meat, fish, fruit & vegetables, dairies, breweries, maritime and swimming facilities. Our expertise helps the customer to choose the right system to achieve best results by using Temperature-Chemistry-Time-Mechanical Pressure. • Central Cleaning System (CCS) • De-centralised Cleaning System (DCCS)
C entral Clea ning System (CCS)
Central Dosing System (CDS)
Rinsing systems (Boosters)
The advantage of centralised chemical dosing is that this is placed in a room separated from the production premises. All chemical containers can be stored safely together, preferably with collection sumps below. The chemicals are distributed to the satellites via stainless steel pipes. (AISI 316L)
• Low pressure systems 25 bar • Medium Pressure systems 25–45 bar • High Pressure systems 60–90 bar
Central dosing systems exist in single, double and triple units. You can use 3 different types of chemicals from a single centre, whilst 2 pumps for the same chemical will double the capacity. Dosing accuracy is 0.1%. The Central Dosing System supply all satellites at equal doses. Satellite stations are easy to install, very reliable and easy to service.
The final selection is made based on demand for water, the type of cleaning required, temperature and chemistry. Our great flexibility means that we always find the optimal solution. Satellite / outlet We provide “state of the art” satellites in stainless steel (AISI 316L) material of modern hygienic design. LAGAFORS – satellite, VMS

Automatic Cleaning Systems
Machine Wash Conveyor belts in the food industry are very difficult to clean manually and this is a very time consumin足g part of the Hygiene work. Automation of this cleaning is both efficient and very economical. The cleaning efficacy is the same every time, and access is obtained into hard to reach areas. We connect the Automatic Cleaning to the central dosing facility, and installing fixed nozzle systems both inside and on conveyor belts. Using solenoid valves and a PLC / PC control, we make a washing program for Water/Cleaning agent/Sanitizer to provide optimum results.

CIP plants and washing machines
CIP Wash One of the newest systems we have is the CIP washing of salmon slaughterhouses and processing facilities. The dimensions required new technology and systems to be developed for the cleaning of the vacuum system and RSW-pipes. This has given great results in the fight against Listeria bacteria.

Dosage Construction for hydrogen peroxide In cooperation with Aquatic AS and Aqua Pharma we develop and install dosing systems for hydrogen peroxide to combat lice. Our system is also designed to efficiently dose the other bath therapeutants as integrated systems are important to our customers and their prescribing fish health veterinarians. These systems have proven to be very effective, and they deliver great value to the salmon farmer.
