Pre-arrival
In addition to our ability to accept online reservations on thousands of websites, our global call-center reservations team is available 24/7 to help guests book their vacation over the phone, through online chat, or via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Google Chat, or text message. Along with advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives, we also showcase the best features of each of our managed properties with authentic photos shot on site by our dedicated content production team.
Vacation In Progress
We stock necessary supplies for each guest to make their stay more comfortable. Our teams are available around-the-clock to assist with any needs and are always happy to provide guests with destination recommendations. We also know the important role that social media plays, and we have a robust team in place 24/7 to monitor, respond, or engage with guest posts about our managed properties. Aqua-Aston also provides guests with contactless services using our proprietary mobile technology, including the ability to text for services, to ask questions, to request a copy of their folio, and to check-out on their phone at the end of their stay.
Departure
Following each guest’s departure, we send a post-stay email and we encourage them to leave a review on sites like TripAdvisor to raise your vacation rental home’s score. AquaAston takes reviews seriously and we have a system in place to regularly review and respond to customer feedback. In case of a negative review, we have a turnkey process in place to ensure that our management is informed and that corrective measures can be taken to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, we encourage guests to sign up for our free A-List email database, which has nearly 1-million subscribers, to keep us top-of-mind for their next vacation.
