Aptean ERP has a new approach to issue resolution for critical and non-critical software complications. The method is simple and efficient through service pack installations and support. This is to ensure service and support issues are tackled and resolved promptly. The service pack installation will resolve current issues as well as any hidden issues that may not be noticed or have not yet been problematic. This process was developed to address and fix root causes instead of concentrating on symptomatic software obstacles.

+Issues related to Data Warehouse and Web UI will only be resolved with a service pack *A current version includes the most recent release and one release prior. When a new version of Aptean Distribution ERP is released, the version that is now two releases back will be considered current for one year from the date of the most recent release. This allows for the opportunity to discuss with your Account Manager an upgrade to remain on a current version. **Critical is defined as an issue that is widespread and in its impact on users and transactions. The issue prevents posting to the General Ledger. The issue prevents widespread processing of sales or purchase orders which include shipment processing. The issue prevents users from connecting to the application on an existing and supported server or SaaS service (does not include system changes related to Windows® updates or the setup of new workstations). Continuous issues with the Scheduling Assistant or the External Processor not running. The issue results in widespread incorrect cost, tax or pricing on orders.
