Purchase Order, Work Order and Bill of Material Change Alerts – Set up nightly monitoring of PO/WO/ BOM changes and receive an email with an Excel attachment when changes are made. Monitoring EDI Pickup and Drop Folders for Documents – Get email notifications if certain documents weren’t moved or deleted from folders; also moves some documents when an event is triggered. Customer/Sales Order Monitoring – When an order is entered within a predetermined percentage remaining for inventory available, an email notification is sent out. Shipment Notifications – Send customer order confirmations with tracking when goods are on the way. Dashboards – Serve up dashboards displaying stats for the day, week and month.
