Auckland University currently offers 4,400 beds in both catered and self-catered residences. They have a range of exciting student accommodation developments underway as they work towards accommodating 7,500 students by 2026.

Waipārūrū Hall

Construction is well underway at 35 Whitaker Place, the site of their newest Hall of Residence, Waipārūrū Hall. Waipārūrū will be the largest catered school leaver hall in New Zealand, with 786 beds in two towers located adjacent to Whitaker Hall. This exciting new build is scheduled to open in 2020.

Te Tirohanga o te Tōangaroa

Construction of the newest self-catered addition to the accommodation community is well underway. Te Tirohanga, opening in 2020, will be home to 488 undergrad and postgrad students.
