5 ways to survive the allergy season Spring is in the air, literally, in the form of pollen, causing a spike in the number of cases of allergies, better known as rhinitis. In fact, the experts are rating this as one of the worst allergy season for symptoms ever recorded, which in practice means that all the tactics adopted last year to survive the sneezing, coughing, corizas and itches, may still require more attention. Bad news for spring lovers who do not see the time to get out of their cocoons and take to the outside. After all, who wants to smell the flowers when they make us sick? If you are allergic and do not usually pay much attention to the subject, this is definitely not the year to leave the side of care, or otherwise you will be looking for trouble, great, by the way. Here are five tips to minimize the allergy risk:

1- Make right choices. One of the best ways to reduce the risks is to avoid too much exposure outdoors during peak periods, such as mornings or periods of prolonged drought. 2 Do not bring the problem into the house. The good news about the pollen is that it is out there, so do not bring it into the house. Keep windows closed, wash your clothes frequently and avoid bringing flowers home at that time. 3- Create obstacles. Always wear sunglasses when outside and carry eye drops for allergies indicated by a professional, after all, nobody wants to be with eyes scratching and tearing all the time. 4 Wash your hands. It’s amazing how many health problems can only be avoided with the good habit of washing hands. 5- Eat intelligently. Vitamin C is demonstrably of great help to reduce the symptoms caused by allergies, in addition to probiotics, found in yogurt, which also act to reduce them.
