potential, set goals (both personal and professional), have good self-esteem, be confident when faced with new situations or people, and cope with the normal stresses of life. Our overriding message is that support is available, and you are not alone.

With the UK being in and out of lockdown since March 2020, many individuals across the country have been struggling with their mental health due to Covid-19. According to the Office for National Statistics, the number of individuals showing symptoms of depression has almost doubled since the start of the pandemic. It has triggered feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and fear. The NHS talking therapies service receive about 150,000 referrals for common mental health problems on average in each month.
