Replacement of External Seals: We will replace all external seals to prevent any potential leaks or contamination where required.

Replacement of All Lids: All lids on the cobot will be replaced to maintain the integrity of the internal components.

Replacement of Filter Elements: Filters will be replaced to ensure the cobot's air quality and cooling systems remain efficient.

Re-Torque All Joint and Base Fixings: All joint and base fixings will be re-torqued to ensure structural integrity.

Evaluation of Cobot Performance: We will evaluate the cobot's performance and provide recommendations for any programming improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Log File Analysis: Log files will be analysed to identify and address any potential issues or anomalies.

6-Monthly Site Visit: In addition to the basic package, our technicians will conduct a site visit every six months to perform maintenance tasks, software updates, and ensure ongoing cobot performance.

Download a Support File and Evaluate: During each site visit, we will download a support file and perform a detailed evaluation to identify any potential issues or trends that could affect your cobot's performance.

On-Site Application Refresher Training (Half a Day): We will provide half a day of on-site application refresher training for up to two people. This training will help your team optimize cobot operation and efficiency, ensuring you get the most out of your automation solution.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions for Universal Robots Service Packages 1. Scope of Services: a. The service packages provided by [Applied Automation Technical Distribution] (“Universal Robots Service Provider") are valid only for one Universal Robot cobot located within a 100-mile radius of our service centre in Cardiff (Subject to Standard Working Hours Monday to Friday). b. The services are to be performed on the scheduled day of service.

2. Additional Costs for Locations Outside the 100-Mile Radius: a. For Universal Robot cobots located outside the 100-mile radius of our service centre in Cardiff, the client ("Client") will be subject to additional costs. b. Additional costs may include travel expenses and overnight accommodation for Service Provider's technicians.

3. Scheduling and Availability:

6. Liability and Warranty: a. The Service Provider will perform services with reasonable care and skill. b. Any warranty or guarantee on services provided will be outlined in the service package agreement.

7. Confidentiality: a. Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the service appointment confidential.

8. Force Majeure: a. Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or labour disputes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

a. Service appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the English Courts.

b. The Client must provide reasonable notice to schedule service, and appointments are confirmed by the Service Provider.

b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.

4. Cancellation Policy: a. In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the Client must provide a minimum of 5 working days' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. b. The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the Client will be promptly notified.

10. Entire Agreement: a. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Service Provider and the Client and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations

By scheduling and accepting services from the Service Provider, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

b. Additional costs for travel and overnight accommodation, if applicable, must be paid immediately by the Client on receiving an invoice from the Service Provider.
