This was Fanol’s first time at the Artsapalooza, and she intends on coming back.

“Despite the weather on Saturday, it’s been great,” Fanol said jokingly.

Attendee Sarah Mottashed was looking for something to do during festival season and decided to give the Artsapalooza a try. Having never been to the event, she was impressed with the local talent and sense of community and plans to return.

“It’s great,” Mottashed said. “There’s a lot of creative art pieces, the jewelry is great, and the weather is gorgeous.”

The Sandy Springs Fall Arts and Craft Festival will be held on September 23 and 24 at the same location, 6100 Lake Forrest Drive NE. For more information visit sandyspringsartsapalooza.com.
