Volunteers pitch in to help equestrian organization Supporters swept in with volunteer labor and cash donations within a day after an online post pointed out the shabby appearance at the Special Equestrians of Georgia farm off New Providence Road. The nonprofit, which offers therapeutic riding sessions for all ages, is not cash-rich, according to founder Stacey Edwards. What little funds the service generates, she said, has been going to care for the horses and continue the program. Edwards says she was overwhelmed by the community support. Read more, Page 10
