Valarda specializes in residential renovations throughout Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and beyond. Since 2012, we have renovated over 100 homes in the area for our clients. In addition to the residential remodels, we are the exclusive contractor flipping homes for a locally based real estate investor. This range of experience has provided us with the unique skills and resources to be very cost effective, the ability to perform just about any renovation project, and insight as to which improvements best increase a home’s value. We have built strong, lasting, relationships with our subcontractors and municipality offices to ensure the projects run smoothly from permit to completion.
