Brine Fish House. Urban Outfitters. Lucky Brands. These are just a few highlights from the retailer lineup that North American Properties (NAP) announces today for Phase II of Avalon.

Avalon, opened in October 2014, is an award-winning, 86-acre mixed-use development in the North Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta. Propelled by Avalon’s success, Phase II’s retail is already 80 percent leased and attracting top chefs and the hottest retail concepts in the country. Phase II will open in Spring 2017.

even retailers coming to Avalon Phase II 2016. Parisian Nail Salon will also open in June 2016. And, Atlanta-based and European inspired coffeehouse, Café Intermezzo, will open in November 2016.

Avalon Phase I includes 106,000 square feet of office space, which is 100 percent leased with rents more than 20 percent higher than submarket rates. Phase I multifamily, Haven at Avalon, is 92 percent leased with rents commanding 40-100 percent above market. And, the 400,000 square feet of Phase I retail is 100 percent leased with many retailers consistently outpacing projected sales. NAP recently brought Avalon Phase I to market while the team remains heavily involved in the development of Phase II, including the hotel and conference center.
