The Newcastle and Lake Macquarie property market remains robust, with strong activity over the past 12 months.

Properties continue to sell quickly, averaging less than 30 days on market. Across the 13 suburbs featured in this report, house prices have seen an impressive average growth of 9.8%. Cardiff South led the way with a 13.3% increase, while Cameron Park achieved a solid 7.1%.
