When our beautiful Santori Library opened in 2015, the building was meant to explore the intersection of art, technology, and community. Through architecture, library leadership wanted to recognize ic er that artistic expression and technological innovation ha ela H a b erk are part of the human experience, and they understood that making art and technology more available to everyone was an essential part of the library’s mission. Art is still a big part of what we do – making art in our Makerspace, displaying the work of area artists, and installing new work is still key to our mission and our success. That’s why we’re so proud to play our part in bringing a new piece of art to the community and thrilled that the piece is designed to celebrate and reflect and represent everything that is unique and vibrant in Aurora. Please join us on First Friday, March 6 when we unveil this new artwork – looking forward to seeing you there! M

Message from the Director Mensaje de la Directora
