Alvarado Parkway Institute’s (API) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is for clients who don’t require the higher structure of an inpatient, residential, or PHP level of care. Our intensive outpatient program is designed for individuals with mild to moderate symptoms, who have strong support systems, and who are able to function independently. The flexibility of an outpatient setting enables patients to
return home at night and apply lessons and strategies learned in treatment immediately in their everyday lives.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE IOP is offered up to three days a week, 3 hours each day. Clients may choose to participate in a morning or afternoon track. We offer a full spectrum of mental health services using various evidence-
based treatment modalities designed to effectively reduce symptoms and develop new coping skills. The level of care and duration of treatment is customized to the needs of each patient by a team of professionals dedicated to your recovery.

PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) combines the intensity of inpatient treatment with the flexibility of outpatient care to help individuals struggling with a mental illness or substance abuse disorder. It is the
